personal training and cardio
1 hour classes of Personal Training includes free weights and machines, full body cardio programs, exercise and balance balls, bar work, resistance training, walking, running, treadmill and elliptical machines, and fascia stretching.
1 hour classes include restorative yoga, vinyasa flow, and meditation with the optional use of essential oils.
1 hour class of punching bags and challenging floor work.
dietary and nutrition counseling
I work closely with my clients to set personal goals and establish custom plans that includes easy to use tools and techniques that enable you to balance your lifestyle, manage stress and be held accountable on a daily basis.
I offer in person consulting and also counseling sessions via phone or Skype.

This special customized program is not another diet, but a long-term lifestyle change! There are no start and finish dates, only healthy food choices for everyday life to keep you on track to achieving your goals!
The Eating From the Heart Program includes:
- Initial one-hour, one-on-one nutrition coaching session
- Customized food shopping lists
- Healthy alternatives provided for allergen issues such as gluten, dairy and soy intolerances
- Healthy recipe recommendations
- 15-minute weekly check-ins to keep you on track and accountable
- Text feedback on each meal with personalized suggestions -- you text, I give you input on healthy alternatives!
